Our Smart Board teleconferencing system allows owners, architects and subcontractors to see plans from anywhere in the world – and see changes made during a meeting immediately incorporated into new drawings. Our telephone system supports 50 people on a conference call, and the T3 data line in our office carries 80 megabyte CAD drawings without a hiccup.
Simile Construction Service jobsite trailers are fully equipped and wired, and each project supervisor follows identical document control and daily reporting procedures. A new feature on our website allows building owners to log in and access the latest updates, reports and photos of their project. Subcontractors can also visit our site to view plans for upcoming projects. This convenient feature allows us to engage a larger subcontractor base, getting more bids from more subcontractors in a more timely manner.
